I have worked in qualitative market research since 1997.

After early dalliances in advertising account management, I came to my senses and have been devoted to qualitative research ever since.

I am not a moderator. There are plenty of fantastic moderators out there, and I am fortunate to work with many of them.

Instead, I provide data analysis and report writing services for qualitative research projects of all kinds, including focus groups (in-person and online), IDIs, UX testing, shop-alongs, ethnographies and online bulletin board (OLBB) studies.

By focusing on analysis, insights and report writing,
my clients have the freedom to do what they do best – moderate.
